It's a brave new world. We look beyond hand picked granny smiths and wild elderflower. This is a non-alcoholic beverage that isn't a rehash of the same old. Drink it neat straight from the fridge or with a splash of gin or vodka on ice. We use top grade yuzu juice procured from small orchards and blend it with yuzu oil extract.

We do not use a drop of lemon juice or 'natural' flavourings to synthetically create the taste of yuzu. We use deionised apple juice to give body and a hint of sweetness. None of that liquorice tasting stevia.

Each bottle has a calorie count equivalent to half a banana.
